Arkansas, Colorado, Kentucky, Maryland, Vermont, West Virginia, and Washington, D.C. State rate caps, registration regimes, or court doctrine on funding agreements make consumer funding impractical in these jurisdictions today. Regulations change; if your state is listed here, call us for a current answer, and we can often still help through your attorney.
